- Design, execute, and optimize electroplating experiments for advanced semiconductor applications
- Develop novel electroplating formulations and process parameters for enhanced material properties
- Characterize surface morphologies and electrochemical properties using advanced analytical techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electroplating solutions into device fabrication
- Document research outcomes through technical reports, patents, and peer-reviewed publications
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to lab innovation strategy
- Stay current with emerging electroplating technologies and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Master's or PhD degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Electrochemistry
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in electroplating or surface engineering
- Proficiency in electrochemical testing (potentiostats, EIS) and surface characterization (SEM, AFM)
- Strong analytical skills with experimental design and data interpretation expertise
- Experience with semiconductor fabrication processes and cleanroom protocols
- Proven track record of publishing research or filing patents
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences
