Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and optimize semiconductor fabrication processes for advanced device nodes
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of FAB operational issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Conduct experimental research and data analysis to drive technological innovation
- Document research findings and prepare technical reports for stakeholder review
- Mentor junior engineers and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of semiconductor fabrication experience (senior role requires 8+ years)
- Strong background in process engineering, yield improvement, or FAB operations
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and experimental design methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences
