Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deploy advanced automation software frameworks to optimize FAB production workflows.
- Analyze existing system bottlenecks and implement scalable technical solutions to improve operational throughput.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D and hardware engineering teams to integrate robotics and automation modules.
- Conduct detailed performance testing and validation for new system upgrades in a production-ready environment.
- Develop robust documentation and technical protocols for system maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Utilize data analytics to predict system failures and implement preventative maintenance algorithms.
- Mentor junior engineering staff on best practices for industrial control systems and semiconductor standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or high-volume industrial automation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or C#.
- Strong understanding of SEMI standards (e.g., SECS/GEM) and industrial communication protocols.
- Proven track record in troubleshooting complex PLC/SCADA systems or distributed control systems.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment in the West Region.
