Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement IT systems and software solutions tailored for offshore and marine applications.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline daily operations and reduce manual workload.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and hardware/software failures within the research environment.
- Collaborate with marine engineers and data scientists to integrate IT tools into existing workflows.
- Conduct system audits and performance tuning to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
- Document technical processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides for the team.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in automation and IT to propose innovative solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting, system administration, and IT support.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell).
- Familiarity with automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud technologies is highly desirable.
- Experience or interest in the offshore and marine industry is a strong advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
