Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct experimental research on the extraction of vanadium from petcoke and its application in battery cathode materials.
- Design and execute pilot-scale experiments to evaluate process efficiency and material properties.
- Optimize extraction and synthesis processes to enhance yield and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with research scientists and industrial partners to interpret data and refine methodologies.
- Document findings, prepare technical reports, and contribute to patent applications.
- Perform safety audits and ensure compliance with laboratory and environmental regulations.
- Mentor junior researchers and assist in the training of undergraduate students.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Strong background in hydrometallurgy, extractive metallurgy, or battery materials.
- Proven experience in laboratory synthesis and pilot plant operations.
- Proficiency in analytical techniques such as XRD, SEM, and ICP-OES.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
