Kualifikasi
- Ph.D. in Political Science, Sociology, Public Policy, or a related social science discipline.
- Proven track record of academic publication and scholarly output.
- Strong expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Demonstrated experience in policy analysis and public sector engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative research environment.
