Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive experimental programs for the development and characterization of carbon material-enhanced concrete.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of material properties, mechanical performance, durability, and environmental impact using advanced techniques.
- Lead the preparation and submission of high-impact research publications in peer-reviewed journals and present findings at international conferences.
- Contribute actively to the drafting of research proposals and secure external funding for future projects.
- Mentor and supervise junior researchers, graduate students, and research assistants, fostering a collaborative research environment.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams within NTU and external industry partners to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure strict adherence to laboratory safety protocols and maintain the highest standards of research integrity and data management.
Kualifikasi
- A PhD in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related discipline from a reputable university.
- Demonstrated research expertise in cementitious materials, concrete technology, carbon materials (e.g., carbon nanotubes, graphene, carbon fibers), or sustainable construction.
- Proven track record of high-quality scientific publications in reputable, peer-reviewed journals.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and experimental design skills with a meticulous approach to research.
- Proficiency in advanced characterization techniques for construction materials (e.g., SEM, TEM, XRD, mechanical testing, durability testing).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, suitable for academic publishing and presentations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary research environment.
- Prior experience in grant writing, project management, and supervision of research personnel is highly desirable.
