We are looking for a dedicated professional to lead pioneering research on next-generation cement and concrete materials. In this role, you will drive innovation in sustainable concrete technology, focusing on reducing the carbon footprint of the built environment.
You will work within a collaborative research ecosystem, conducting experiments to develop high-performance concrete formulations, analyzing material behavior under various conditions, and publishing your findings to contribute to global scientific knowledge. This position offers the chance to work closely with industry partners and academic experts, ensuring your research has real-world applications. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive experiments on cement hydration and concrete mixtures to optimize performance.
- Analyze material properties and microstructure using advanced characterization techniques such as XRD, SEM, and TGA.
- Develop sustainable concrete formulations using supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs) and alternative binders.
- Collaborate with industry partners to validate research findings in field applications and large-scale trials.
- Prepare high-quality technical reports, conference papers, and publications for peer-reviewed journals.
- Mentor junior research assistants, graduate students, and interns involved in the project.
- Assist in the preparation of grant proposals and project management for research funding bodies.
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
- Strong academic background in cement chemistry, concrete technology, and structural materials.
- Proven experience with laboratory equipment and materials characterization methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of sustainability standards and green building practices is highly desirable.
