Tanggung Jawab
- Design and optimize chemical vapor deposition (CVD) processes for high-quality 2D material growth
- Develop novel synthesis protocols for scalable production of layered nanostructures
- Characterize material properties using advanced microscopy and spectroscopy techniques
- Collaborate with computational teams to model growth mechanisms and material properties
- Lead experimental campaigns targeting specific applications in nanoelectronics
- Mentor junior researchers and graduate students in laboratory procedures
- Prepare research proposals, manuscripts for high-impact journals, and technical reports
- Present findings at international conferences and industry symposiums
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or related field
- Extensive hands-on experience with 2D material synthesis techniques (CVD, MBE, exfoliation)
- Expertise in material characterization (Raman, AFM, TEM, XPS)
- Proven track record of publications in peer-reviewed journals
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex experimental setups
- Experience in interdisciplinary research environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes is advantageous
