Tanggung Jawab
- Design, execute, and manage complex research protocols within the Human Potential TRP framework.
- Conduct high-quality data analysis, interpretation, and synthesis of research findings.
- Draft and publish peer-reviewed manuscripts in top-tier academic journals.
- Present research findings at international conferences and stakeholder meetings.
- Mentor junior researchers and graduate students within the laboratory.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across NUS faculties and external partners.
- Secure grant funding through competitive research proposals.
- Maintain rigorous standards of laboratory safety and ethical research compliance.
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Biomedical Sciences, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field.
- Proven track record of high-impact publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Strong technical expertise in research methodology and statistical analysis (e.g., R, Python, SPSS).
- Demonstrated ability to manage independent research projects from conception to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for academic and public engagement.
- Experience in securing research grants or fellowships is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, interdisciplinary team environment.
- Strong commitment to ethical research practices and data integrity.
