Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute research projects focused on analog, RF, and AI hardware integration.
- Design, simulate, and verify complex integrated circuits using industry-standard EDA tools such as Cadence and Synopsys.
- Collaborate with academic faculty to define project scopes, objectives, and technical milestones.
- Author and publish research findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings.
- Mentor and guide graduate students and junior researchers within the laboratory environment.
- Secure research grants and funding to support ongoing and new experimental initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of intellectual property (IP) and patent applications.
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a closely related field (or MPhil with extensive research experience).
- Strong foundation in Analog Mixed-Signal IC design and RF circuit theory.
- Proficiency in hardware description languages (Verilog/VHDL) and simulation tools.
- Experience with AI/ML hardware acceleration or neuromorphic computing is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to publish in high-impact journals (e.g., IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple research tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
