Kualifikasi
- PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field
- Proven expertise in semiconductor device fabrication processes (e.g., lithography, etching, deposition)
- Strong background in device characterization techniques (SEM, TEM, AFM, electrical measurements)
- Demonstrated publication record in peer-reviewed journals (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience with cleanroom protocols and safety standards
- Proficiency in data analysis software (Python, MATLAB, OriginLab)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
