Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and conduct independent research projects focused on inflammation in metabolic diseases and NET formation.
- Design, optimize, and execute advanced molecular and cellular biology experiments.
- Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into high-quality scientific manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including clinicians and biotech industry partners, to advance translational research goals.
- Mentor graduate students and junior researchers within the laboratory.
- Present research findings at national and international academic conferences.
- Manage laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with institutional safety and ethical guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Proven track record of research excellence with at least 1-2 first-author publications in reputable journals.
- Hands-on expertise in vascular biology, immunology techniques (e.g., flow cytometry, microscopy), and metabolic assays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a multicultural academic setting.
- Experience with animal models of metabolic disease is highly advantageous.
- Ability to interpret complex data and maintain meticulous experimental records.
