Kualifikasi
- PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- 1-2 years post-doctoral experience in composite mechanics research
- Expertise in mechanical testing standards and ASTM/ISO protocols
- Proficiency in failure analysis techniques (SEM, microscopy, fractography)
- Strong background in computational modeling of composite materials
- Demonstrated publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with experimental design and statistical data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
