We are seeking a talented Research Fellow in Nanophotonics to contribute to groundbreaking research in the field of nanophotonic devices and systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and conduct original research in nanophotonics, focusing on novel device development and characterization
- Develop and optimize nanophotonic structures using advanced fabrication techniques
- Perform optical characterization and measurement of photonic nanostructures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary research teams on grant-funded projects
- Prepare and publish high-quality research papers in peer-reviewed journals
- Present research findings at international conferences and symposiums
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to lab supervision
- Assist in proposal development and research project management
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a closely related field with specialization in photonics or nanophotonics
- Strong publication record in nanophotonics, metamaterials, or related research areas
- Proficiency in nanofabrication techniques (e.g., electron beam lithography, focused ion beam, thin film deposition)
- Experience with optical characterization methods and setups
- Competence in numerical simulation tools (e.g., Lumerical, COMSOL, FDTD)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills for technical writing and presentations
- Experience working in a university research environment is preferred
