Tanggung Jawab
- Lead independent research projects focused on organic electronics and optoelectronic devices.
- Design and fabricate high-performance organic semiconductor thin films and devices.
- Perform advanced electrical and optical characterization, including mobility measurements and photoluminescence studies.
- Analyze experimental data to develop novel device architectures and improve performance metrics.
- Prepare high-quality research manuscripts for publication in leading international journals.
- Present research findings at international conferences and university seminars.
- Supervise and mentor postgraduate students, fostering a collaborative laboratory environment.
- Maintain laboratory infrastructure and ensure compliance with safety and ethical standards.
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Materials Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of research excellence in organic electronics, particularly with OPVs, OFETs, or OLEDs.
- Hands-on experience with device fabrication techniques (spin-coating, vacuum deposition, printing).
- Expertise in characterization equipment such as AFM, SEM, XRD, and semiconductor parameter analyzers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct independent scientific inquiry.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong publication records.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, multi-disciplinary research team.
- Experience in device simulation tools (e.g., Silvaco, COMSOL) is a significant advantage.
