Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-quality research on electricity market design, power system optimization, and grid integration of renewable energy.
- Develop and implement advanced mathematical models and algorithms for real-time power grid analysis.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to draft research proposals, progress reports, and academic publications.
- Mentor junior researchers and students while fostering a culture of academic excellence.
- Liaise with industrial partners to facilitate the transfer of research outcomes into practical grid operations.
- Present research findings at international conferences and industry workshops.
- Maintain state-of-the-art lab equipment and contribute to the upkeep of computational research infrastructure.
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Economics (Energy focus), or a closely related discipline from a reputable university.
- Strong background in power system modeling, electricity market structures, or optimization techniques.
- Proven track record of high-quality research output, including peer-reviewed journal articles.
- Proficiency in simulation software such as MATLAB, PSS/E, PSCAD, GAMS, or Python-based optimization libraries.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, for effective academic communication.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a diverse, multinational team.
