Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the design, setup, and execution of experimental protocols across various research themes.
- Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights for process optimization.
- Support the development and simulation of autonomous manufacturing systems.
- Conduct literature reviews to stay updated on emerging global manufacturing trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical challenges in pilot-scale trials.
- Document research findings, test results, and experimental procedures in detailed technical reports.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for internal stakeholder reviews and industry partner showcases.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Systems, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge in manufacturing processes or automation technology.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, MATLAB, or statistical software (Minitab/JMP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
- A proactive learner with a strong interest in sustainable manufacturing and Industry 4.0.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
