Tanggung Jawab
- Design, plan, and execute research studies focused on adolescent health and well-being
- Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data using statistical software
- Prepare detailed research reports, presentations, and publications for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including psychologists, social workers, and policy makers
- Support grant applications and funding initiatives for research projects
- Coordinate with community partners and educational institutions for data collection and outreach activities
- Stay updated on latest research trends, methodologies, and best practices in adolescent development
- Present research findings at conferences, seminars, and stakeholder meetings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Public Health, Education, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of research experience in social sciences or public health
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as SPSS, R, or Python
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Knowledge of adolescent development theories and issues in Singapore context is advantageous
