Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement cutting-edge single-cell omics technologies including single-cell epigenomics, transcriptomics, and genomics
- Design and execute experimental protocols for high-throughput single-cell analysis
- Analyze and interpret complex omics datasets using advanced bioinformatics tools and statistical methods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate multi-omics data and generate biological insights
- Stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies in single-cell omics and contribute to technology development
- Contribute to grant applications, research publications, and presentations of research findings
- Maintain detailed laboratory records and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the scientific training of team members
Kualifikasi
- Master's or PhD degree in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genomics, Bioinformatics, or related field
- Strong background in molecular biology techniques and single-cell isolation methods
- Experience with next-generation sequencing platforms and omics data analysis
- Proficiency in bioinformatics tools, programming languages (Python, R), and statistical analysis
- Demonstrated experience in epigenomics research and single-cell analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex scientific concepts
- Publication record in peer-reviewed journals is highly desirable
