Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end research project execution to ensure delivery within scope and timeline.
- Manage and nurture client portfolios, serving as the primary point of contact for project updates and feedback.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, budget tracking, and scheduling.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaborations between technical teams and external stakeholders to streamline project workflows.
- Conduct data analysis and generate comprehensive reports to provide actionable insights for clients.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain service quality.
- Support the team in business development efforts by preparing high-quality proposals and presentation materials.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience in project coordination or research management.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical data into clear client-facing information.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, growing corporate environment.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
