Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage advanced research projects focused on novel diamond synthesis techniques, including Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD).
- Design and execute experiments for the growth of high-quality diamond materials with tailored properties for electronic and quantum applications.
- Perform comprehensive material characterization using advanced techniques such as SEM, TEM, XRD, Raman Spectroscopy, Photoluminescence, and electrical measurements.
- Analyze and interpret complex experimental data, drawing insightful conclusions and proposing future research directions.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, engineers, and external industry/academic partners to achieve project objectives.
- Prepare high-quality research reports, scientific publications, and presentations for conferences and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior researchers, graduate students, and technical staff, fostering a culture of scientific excellence.
- Actively pursue and contribute to securing research grants and funding opportunities to expand research capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Ph.D. in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in advanced materials research, with a strong focus on diamond synthesis (preferably CVD).
- Demonstrable expertise in a wide range of materials characterization techniques relevant to diamond and wide bandgap semiconductors.
- Proven track record of high-impact scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals and presentations at international conferences.
- Solid understanding of solid-state physics, semiconductor device physics, and quantum materials.
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment and familiarity with relevant safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
