- Conduct in-depth legal and industry research to support corporate strategy and compliance initiatives
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholder review
- Monitor regulatory changes and industry developments affecting organizational operations
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to align research objectives
- Develop and maintain research databases and knowledge management systems
- Ensure all research outputs adhere to confidentiality protocols and ethical standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of research experience in corporate or legal environment
- Proficiency in legal research tools and industry databases (e.g., Westlaw, Bloomberg)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
- Experience with statistical analysis software and data visualization tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Philippine regulatory framework and corporate governance
