Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive field trials, data collection, and agronomic observations for rice breeding and management studies.
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory analyses on soil, water, plant tissue, and grain samples.
- Maintain experimental plots, including planting, weeding, pest monitoring, and harvest management.
- Assist in the entry, cleaning, and statistical analysis of research data using specialized software.
- Operate and maintain field equipment and laboratory instruments to ensure accurate results.
- Prepare accurate research reports, summaries, and presentations for the research team.
- Collaborate effectively with scientists, technicians, and field staff to achieve project goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Plant Science, Crop Physiology, Biology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in field research, agricultural testing, or laboratory work is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately record and manage data.
- Physical fitness and willingness to work in various weather conditions and rugged field terrains.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and statistical analysis software (e.g., R, SAS, or similar).
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage for field site travel.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
