You will be responsible for managing laboratory workflows, ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality protocols, and providing technical support for ongoing clinical trials and observational studies. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute complex laboratory experiments and clinical assays under the guidance of Principal Investigators.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring compliance with institutional safety standards and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
- Manage the collection, processing, and documentation of biological samples with high accuracy and chain-of-custody protocols.
- Assist in the preparation of research data, maintaining detailed logs and electronic records for study audits.
- Monitor laboratory supply inventory and procure essential reagents to ensure seamless operation of research projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including physicians, data analysts, and nursing staff, to support clinical study objectives.
- Stay current with evolving biomedical research methodologies and contribute to the refinement of existing laboratory protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or research laboratory setting preferred.
- Proficiency in essential laboratory techniques (e.g., PCR, ELISA, cell culture, or molecular biology assays).
- Strong proficiency in data management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple laboratory tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities within a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, for team collaboration and reporting.
