Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional reception services including visitor greeting, call handling, and mail management
- Coordinate employee business travel arrangements including bookings and itineraries
- Support general administration through document filing, data entry, and record maintenance
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement processes
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless office operations
- Maintain organized filing systems for administrative documents
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years in receptionist or administrative support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
