You will be responsible for managing front-office operations, ensuring that every guest experience is seamless, and handling inquiries with grace and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary face of the company, greeting guests and visitors with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in both Mandarin and Indonesian, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinate visitor logistics, including registration, security passes, and meeting room scheduling.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as document filing, courier coordination, and office supply inventory management.
- Maintain a high standard of professional communication, ensuring that all guest needs are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Act as an interpreter or language support for international clients or management when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Communications, or related fields.
- Must be fluent in Mandarin (Written & Spoken) and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, polite, and service-oriented personality.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic office equipment operations.
- Able to handle confidential information with high levels of integrity and discretion.
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
