- Manage end-to-end travel reservations including accommodations, tours, and transportation
- Process bookings using reservation systems while maintaining accurate records
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with timely solutions
- Coordinate with hotel partners and suppliers to ensure availability and special requests
- Upsell travel packages and add-ons to enhance customer experiences
- Resolve booking-related issues and complaints with professionalism
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote seasonal promotions
- Generate daily reservation reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/travel certification preferred
- 1+ years in customer service or reservation management
- Proficiency with reservation software (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; multilingual skills a plus
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
