Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Accurately input and update guest reservations in the property management system (PMS).
- Provide detailed information regarding room rates, packages, and hotel facilities to potential guests.
- Coordinate with the front desk, housekeeping, and sales departments to ensure seamless guest arrivals and satisfaction.
- Monitor room inventory and implement yield management strategies to maximize revenue.
- Process booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on booking status and forecast occupancy.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in hotel reservations or front office is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) is an advantage.
- Strong computer literacy, especially in Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, IDS, or similar) and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a positive attitude, a great sense of teamwork, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Willing to be based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
