Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process rental car reservations accurately through various booking platforms and systems.
- Provide superior customer service by answering incoming calls and emails regarding bookings, rates, and vehicle availability.
- Verify customer information and process payments securely and efficiently.
- Maintain and update the company database with accurate customer records and booking details.
- Coordinate closely with the operations and inventory team to ensure vehicle readiness and availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in administrative tasks, including filing, generating daily reports, and preparing contracts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Reservation Agent or in a similar customer service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, MS Office, and reservation management software (CRM experience is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively under pressure.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on resolving issues and building relationships.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.
