You will manage booking inquiries, coordinate logistics, and provide exceptional support to our guests to ensure their trip to Indonesia is seamless. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound inquiries via email, chat, and phone regarding surf trips and travel packages.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications with high accuracy.
- Provide expert advice on travel itineraries, accommodation, and local surfing destinations.
- Maintain and update booking databases and CRM systems daily.
- Coordinate with local vendors and partners to ensure confirmed bookings meet guest expectations.
- Manage customer feedback and resolve booking issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in preparing travel documents and invoices for confirmed bookings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Reservation Agent, Guest Service Officer, or in a similar Travel Agency role.
- Strong command of written and spoken English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based reservation or booking software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for surfing or a deep understanding of the travel industry in Bali.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
