Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end reservation processes for tours, accommodations, and travel packages
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Maintain accurate booking records and customer information in our reservation system
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure operational efficiency
- Handle payment processing and billing inquiries with precision
- Upsell additional services and experiences to enhance customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain high service standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma with minimum 1 year in customer service or hospitality
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proficiency in reservation software and MS Office applications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in tourism or travel industry preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
