- Manage end-to-end reservation processes including inquiries, bookings, modifications, and cancellations
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized communication and problem resolution
- Act as a knowledgeable Travel Host, providing local recommendations and itinerary planning
- Maintain accurate reservation records and database integrity
- Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and management teams for seamless operations
- Monitor competitor offerings and adjust strategies to maintain market competitiveness
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize revenue and enhance guest experiences
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in hospitality reservations or travel coordination role
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of Singapore tourism landscape and attractions
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Valid Singapore work permit required
