Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process guest reservations accurately via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries regarding room availability, rates, amenities, and local attractions.
- Upsell room types and hotel services to maximize revenue and enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain and update the reservation database and property management system with high attention to detail.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the front office, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure guest requests are met.
- Handle cancellations, modifications, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a reservation, customer service, or hospitality role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proficient in using computer reservation systems and property management software.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while maintaining high productivity.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and a guest-oriented mindset.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Denpasar, Bali for on-site days.
