Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, prepare, and customize comprehensive travel itineraries, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client preferences and booking details.
- Accurately issue service vouchers, booking confirmations, and other necessary travel documentation for clients and suppliers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hotels, transport providers, tour operators, and other travel suppliers, coordinating all bookings and services.
- Proactively communicate with travel agents and clients, providing updates on booking statuses, confirming reservations, and managing any follow-up actions.
- Promptly address and resolve any booking discrepancies, changes, or issues that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to client plans.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products, services, and local attractions, especially within Bali and surrounding regions.
- Process cancellations, modifications, and special requests efficiently and accurately within reservation systems.
- Contribute to a positive client experience by delivering exceptional service and support throughout the booking and itinerary planning process.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in a reservation, itinerary planning, or similar operational role within the hospitality or travel industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, suitable for engaging with international and local partners.
- Exceptional organizational skills and an unwavering attention to detail are crucial for managing complex itineraries.
- Proficiency in using various reservation software, booking platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-centric approach to service.
- A genuine passion for travel and a good understanding of popular tourist destinations, particularly in Bali and Indonesia.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field is a strong asset.
