Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize online travel agency (OTA) partnerships to maximize direct bookings and revenue
- Monitor and analyze booking data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and confirmations with exceptional customer service
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences from booking to departure
- Implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and average daily rate (ADR)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation systems and guest information
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotions and packages for OTA channels
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in OTA management
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hospitality or tourism industry, preferably in a reservations or OTA management role
- Strong communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English
- Proficiency in reservation systems and OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
- Customer service-oriented with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Bali tourism market and local attractions is a plus
