Escape to the scenic coastline of Penang and take the next step in your hospitality career! Flamingo Hotel By The Beach, a premier beachfront resort in Tanjung Bungah, is seeking a customer-oriented and organized Reservation Clerk to join our dynamic team.

In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests securing their stay with us. You will manage booking channels, answer inquiries with warmth and professionalism, and ensure that every guest's journey begins with an exceptional reservation experience. Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking channels in a professional and timely manner.
  • Accurately input, modify, and cancel guest bookings within the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS).
  • Provide detailed and accurate information regarding room types, rates, current promotions, and resort amenities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Front Office and Revenue/Sales departments to maximize occupancy and room revenue.
  • Resolve booking discrepancies and guest queries professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports for management.
  • Process deposit payments and verify billing instructions before guest arrival.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM, STPM, or a Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in hotel reservations, reception, or customer service is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in computer applications; experience with Hotel PMS (e.g., Opera, Shiji) is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong attention to detail, administrative efficiency, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
