We are seeking a passionate Reservation & Concierge to elevate our guest experience in Badung, Bali. As the first point of contact, you will orchestrate seamless journeys from initial inquiry to departure. Your expertise will ensure personalized service through meticulous reservation management, warm communication, and cross-departmental coordination. You'll proactively anticipate guest needs, resolve inquiries efficiently, and maintain accurate records while embodying our commitment to Balinese hospitality excellence. This role demands exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic luxury environment where attention to detail directly impacts guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end reservation processes including bookings, modifications, and cancellations
- Deliver warm, professional communication across multiple channels (phone, email, in-person)
- Coordinate seamlessly with front desk, housekeeping, and F&B teams for guest requests
- Maintain detailed guest preference databases for personalized service delivery
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with proactive solutions-oriented approach
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures during peak periods
- Collaborate with management to optimize reservation systems and service protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in hospitality reservation or concierge role
- Expertise in reservation management systems (e.g., Opera, Propertyware)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
- Exceptional multitasking abilities in high-volume environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of Badung area attractions and local services
- Professional certification in hospitality management preferred
