Tanggung Jawab
- Handle daily reservation requests for travel itineraries, accommodation, and tours.
- Coordinate seamlessly with local suppliers and service providers to ensure service availability and quality.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our internal booking and reservation systems.
- Provide prompt and professional communication to travel agents and direct guests regarding their bookings.
- Manage booking confirmations, cancellations, and modifications with high attention to detail.
- Prepare comprehensive travel documentation including vouchers, itineraries, and arrival instructions.
- Assist the operations team in troubleshooting and resolving logistics issues on the ground.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in reservation, travel operations, or hospitality administration.
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with travel booking software/CRMs.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Deep knowledge of Lombok and surrounding travel destinations is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
