- Manage guest reservations through phone, email, and digital platforms with precision
- Warmly greet and escort guests to their tables, ensuring optimal seating arrangements
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Maintain organized reservation records and update systems in real-time
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve service issues promptly
- Monitor restaurant occupancy and manage waitlist efficiently during peak hours
- Collaborate with team members to maintain consistent service standards
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficient with reservation software and basic computer applications
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-energy environment
- Professional appearance and friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of local attractions and dining scene beneficial
