Bahana Guest House, operating under the Madhava Enterprise umbrella, is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reservation Intern to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. This is a fantastic opportunity for students or fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in guest relations, booking management, and operational excellence in one of Indonesia's premier tourism hubs.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless guest experience from the initial booking inquiry to check-in. You will work closely with our experienced management team to learn the ins and outs of hotel reservations systems, channel management, and customer service excellence. If you are passionate about travel, eager to learn, and possess a proactive attitude, we want to hear from you!

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in managing guest room reservations via phone, email, and online travel agency (OTA) platforms.
  • Process booking inquiries, modifications, and cancellations in accordance with hotel policies.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and update room availability status in real-time.
  • Coordinate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to guest inquiries regarding property amenities and local tourist attractions.
  • Support the administrative tasks required to keep the reservation office running efficiently.
  • Participate in daily briefings to stay updated on occupancy levels and special guest requests.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in basic computer software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with an excellent eye for detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new reservation software systems.
  • Available for a full-time internship commitment in Denpasar, Bali.
