Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end reservation processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage room inventory and pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Lead, train, and mentor the reservation team to ensure consistent service excellence.
- Monitor and analyze booking trends to provide actionable insights to management.
- Handle high-level guest inquiries, special requests, and conflict resolution with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the front office and sales departments to ensure seamless guest arrivals.
- Maintain and update reservation system databases and third-party booking platforms.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on reservation performance and revenue metrics.
Kualifikasi
- At least 3-5 years of experience in reservation management or front office operations within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency with Hotel Management Systems (HMS) and Channel Managers.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A deep understanding of yield management principles and OTA distribution.
- Ability to multitask effectively under pressure in a high-demand environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is highly preferred.
