Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end reservation processes across multiple booking channels
- Handle guest inquiries with detailed property information and local recommendations
- Maintain accurate reservation records and availability calendars
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless guest arrivals
- Process payments and manage billing documentation
- Implement upselling strategies for villa upgrades and additional services
- Monitor reservation trends and report on occupancy metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote seasonal promotions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality reservations or customer service
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (additional languages valued)
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Property Management Systems)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of Bali tourism geography and attractions
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Problem-solving skills with conflict resolution experience
