As a Reservation Officer, you are the crucial link between our guests and their travel experience. You will expertly manage the entire booking lifecycle, from handling initial inquiries via phone, email, and online channels to confirming complex itineraries. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all incoming reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and update guest profiles, booking records, and billing information in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Coordinate closely with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest arrivals, departures, and special requests.
- Identify opportunities to upsell room upgrades, transit lounge packages, and additional hotel services to enhance guest experience and revenue.
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and inquiries with professionalism, ensuring a high standard of service recovery when needed.
- Provide comprehensive information to guests regarding hotel facilities, airport transfers, and local attractions.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly, maintaining composure and focus on customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports to the Management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of solid experience in a Reservation Officer, Front Desk, or Customer Service role within the hospitality industry.
- Hands-on experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, Cloudbeds, or StayNTouch is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of a foreign language is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Customer-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for delivering world-class service.
- Flexibility to work shifting schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
