We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Reservation Officer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the face of our brand, ensuring that every guest inquiry is met with warmth and professionalism.

Your primary responsibility will be to drive seamless reservations and exceptional guest service. You will manage incoming requests via various channels, ensuring accuracy in booking details and providing comprehensive information about our resort amenities and packages. By collaborating closely with the front office and sales teams, you will play a crucial role in maximizing room revenue and enhancing the overall guest experience. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and process incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online travel portals.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding room rates, seasonal packages, and resort facilities.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in the hotel reservation system (PMS) and guest databases.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and front office teams to ensure room readiness and timely check-ins.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to ensure total guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare daily occupancy reports and assist in revenue tracking activities.
  • Upsell packages and services to potential guests to increase average daily rate (ADR).

Kualifikasi

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management, or related courses.
  • With at least 1 year of working experience in hotel reservations, front office, or guest relations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Filipino.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proven ability to handle pressure and multitask.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office Suite and reservation software.
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including holidays, weekends, and nights.
