- Manage and process travel reservations including hotels, transportation, and tour packages
- Assist clients with visa applications and travel documentation requirements
- Handle customer inquiries regarding travel itineraries and services
- Maintain accurate records of all bookings and transactions
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and other service providers to ensure seamless arrangements
- Resolve booking issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Upsell additional services and travel packages to enhance client experiences
- Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and destination information
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism degree preferred
- Previous experience in travel agency or hotel reservations required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both written and spoken English
- Proficiency in reservation systems and office software applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Bali tourism destinations and attractions is advantageous
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively
