Are you a detail-oriented hospitality professional with a passion for revenue management? Prodema Investment Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Reservation Officer to join our team in the heart of Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for our reservation ecosystem, ensuring seamless guest experiences while strategically optimizing our room inventory.
As a Reservation Officer, you will play a critical role in driving the property's financial performance. You will be responsible for managing room availability across multiple channels (OTAs, GDS, and Direct), executing high-impact upselling strategies, and maintaining accurate data to boost our ADR (Average Daily Rate) and occupancy levels. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and update room availability across all distribution channels in real-time to prevent overbooking.
- Implement effective upselling strategies to increase revenue per room and enhance ADR.
- Handle all incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms with professional grace.
- Collaborate with the Front Office and Sales teams to ensure a smooth guest arrival experience.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports for management review.
- Resolve reservation discrepancies and manage guest requests to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor rates and market trends to adjust pricing strategies proactively.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a reservation, front office, or revenue management role.
- Strong understanding of Channel Managers and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data.
- Capability to work under pressure, especially during peak holiday seasons.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
