You'll expertly manage our property listings, coordinate viewings, process bookings, and drive sales through personalized service. This position requires meticulous attention to detail as you maintain accurate reservation records and update property availability in real-time. Your communication skills will shine as you build rapport with potential guests, address inquiries promptly, and convert leads into confirmed stays. Beyond transactions, you'll contribute to our brand reputation by ensuring every interaction reflects Veranda's commitment to excellence and hospitality.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end reservation processes including inquiries, bookings, and cancellations
- Promote and showcase vacant properties through multi-channel marketing strategies
- Coordinate property viewings with prospective guests and provide detailed information
- Maintain and update reservation systems with accurate availability and pricing
- Drive sales by upselling services and maximizing occupancy rates
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless guest experiences
- Generate daily/weekly reports on reservation metrics and occupancy trends
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years in hospitality reservations or customer service role
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Opera, Sabre)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong sales orientation with proven upselling abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure during peak booking periods
- Knowledge of Jakarta tourism landscape and local attractions preferred
