Prodema Investment Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Reservation Officer to join our team in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will be the backbone of our booking operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences while driving strategic financial growth through occupancy and rate management.

As our Reservation Officer, you will manage room inventory across multiple booking channels, ensuring that our property remains competitive and profitable. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and update room availability and rates across all online travel agencies (OTAs) and direct booking channels.
  • Process incoming reservation requests via email, phone, and booking platforms with high accuracy.
  • Execute proactive upselling strategies to increase ADR (Average Daily Rate) and overall hotel revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze booking trends to optimize occupancy levels and prevent overbooking.
  • Provide prompt and professional communication to guests regarding inquiries, booking modifications, and cancellations.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office and Sales teams to ensure a seamless guest check-in experience.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reservation reports for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in reservation, front office, or revenue management within the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and Channel Manager tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong negotiation and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple booking channels simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
