In this role, you will play a vital part in the guest experience journey by ensuring seamless booking processes, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of administrative accuracy. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online travel agency (OTA) platforms with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Process room bookings, cancellations, and modifications in accordance with hotel policies and availability.
  • Coordinate closely with the front desk and sales teams to ensure accurate room allocation and guest preferences are met.
  • Monitor and update room inventory across various distribution channels to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Handle guest special requests, payment processing, and administrative documentation for upcoming stays.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of guest profiles and history to facilitate a personalized stay experience.
  • Resolve booking-related discrepancies and assist in administrative reporting for the reservation department.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in hotel reservations, front office operations, or customer service.
  • Proficiency in Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently in a back-end office environment with high attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be comfortable working a 5-day work week in the Central Region.
